Breast Cancer - Is Slow Cooking a Good Option?

If it's black we shouldn't be eating it in colorectal cancer and probably across other cancers as well. Slow cooking is one of the things I encourage my patients also because it means that they can prepare in advance. Avoid plastics and BPA's and soft plastics and glad wraps and you know where they all are. Getting on our fiber to help with the hormonal component so blood glucose metabolism and their effect on hormones is big in breast cancer for the majority of breast cancer patients especially if it's a homonely driven cancer.
