What Was Your Breaking Point?

For me, the breaking point was when i was not sleeping, and i was just working wai too much. Every night, i couldn't sleep because the conversations were just running through my head. I was looking outward for that validation of myself to be ok. And i was never going to please the people around me. It's about liberation and freeing yourself from feeling like you had to fit into a box. But we can reclaim small things too. Even reclaiming different words can be really powerful for ourselves.
