Antony's Funeral, a Big Mistake, Plutarch's
Plutarch calls it a fatal error of brutus to allow antony to organize the funeral. But i guess antony was very persuasive, and he had made it look like he was quite happy to try and balance things out. In fact, he staged the funeral to make most of caesar's death. And perhaps he'd got some tips from his wife, fulvia, who had made the most of her previous band, clodius's death. Emeber clodius had been killed by the senatorial faction.
