Studies show that the same event, events, affect people differently depending on just how they integrate them into their lives. So i want o focus on those key differentiating factors in how people manage those experiences. And scientists who study stress and resilience, they say it's really important to just look at resilience as a muscle. It's like remembering to turn around and see that there's a door behind you, and you're not, in fact, locked blocked into this room.
