00:00
Introduction
The idea of progress itself had to be invented before we could actually progress. Put yourself in the shoes of your great, great, 20 times great grandparent who was a mediaeval peasant. Through imagination and will power, life could get better, if only because we were determined to make it so. It is dangerous take progress for granted.
