In the last 20 years, it seems a lot more like free agentation than it did 20 years ago. And i think part of it is actually economic. The smart organizations are the ones who create cultures and places to work where people feel like they'r learning and growing. But i wouldn't discount how much people actually like to be an an em part of a team.
