The Calibel Chantry of the Scepter
Suvi, Amé and Ursula are in the Calibel channel. They come to blows with Guildmage Payne who is apparently sprinted out of here. Unclear whether he's been captured by the attendant mages or not. You find yourselves walking down one of the courts hallways on the ground floor as sort of a warehouse. It gives way more of the feeling of like a drawing room in a private manner than it does of when you think of an armory.
