How do we spot cognitive dissnancs and then maybe short circuit it? Is it possible? I think the best you can do is to figure out who got triggered, at least more likely got triggered. That doesn't guarantee it, ecause i suppose you could also be invisible to your own trigger. The whole point of cognitive disonance is that when you're in it, you can't see it.
