The Different Types of Spiritual Experiences

I think there is confusion a lot between like feeling peace and love and comfort and joy as emotional states that people are like oh, this is A spiritual experience or this is a sign of something. It always seems to me like if there's not kind of a Lessening of your ego in some way or like a like a falling away of the Of cultural baggage or then I almost struggle to see it as a spiritual experience.
