Rick Rubin's book is written from a third person view. It shows the outsiders view of what's going on with creativity. There are not that many stories in this, and there are very high level viewpoints. You can't read this like you read most of the books that we cover for bookworm. The awareness, the program is happening around us and we just observe it.
