Even following the optimal solution, A, it does not guarantee that you're going to get the optimal result every time. Process versus outcome is one of the biggest issues we have in humanity today. We can have that great process, but we all still fixate on the outcome. Whereas we should be saying to ourselves, let's just follow a great process and know that we're going to have errors.
