Never Apologize, It's Not the Right Thing to Do

Can we ever know whether he was truly sincere? I guess we can't prove that. There's plenty of things that he's done and said that he has never apologized for. For me to start barking, never apologize would be completely hypocritical. If you feel like you've made a mistake, then you take ownership of the mistake.
