Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Is a Problem, Let's Solve It

The word inclusion is one i'm picking up on, because in the last few months, like many of us, i mean, probably for the last couple of years. Andi' I'm wondering how, you know, given given your continued evolution as a listener, it feels like you're also embracing this mind set around in your practice. We have been running rough shod over, i'd say, 95 % of the people that we're developing for. This is why i use this, the listening is the basis of it. The whole point is to give a person a chance to feel hurt and then explore what their inner cognition is.
