Don't underestimate the importance of setting the culture, you're going to be setting the cutcher for the whole company. If you find the right partners to start up, that's going to be much easier. Be creative when it comes to funding - we did not use b c money and strap them back several times. When i read this book, i wasie, that's exactly what we were doing, and what we what we needed also to scale somebody. And don't underestimate culture. As peter drucker said, culture eats strategy for breakfast.
