The Young Prince Charles
Prince Charles was the first British heir to actually go to school, instead of having private tutors as was customary for future kings and queens. He studied archaeology, anthropology and history at Cambridge before serving in the Royal Navy where he eventually became commander of a ship called the HMS Bromington. The other customary duty for a male heir to the British throne was of course to find a wife, a woman who would become his queen.
