How to Talk More Than Your Client

Oftentimes we have people who get into coaching because they've had a great strength experience of their own. And then they, they tend to sometimes want to talk truth or talk strengths or talk talent into their clients. What kind of advice would you give to coaches who maybe are in that situation where they do find themselves talking more than their clients do? "Be quiet. But be quiet. Shut up."
