What's the Most Dangerous Part of the Military Industrial Complex?

The technology cartels are deeply entrenched in the military industrial complex. The unovidio industry was basically spawned by finding ways to market surplus memory chips that came out of the r and d for military and, um, other nefarious uses for technology. I very much see it like liberating a, a, liberating an empire droit or something, you know. It's not going to happen if people are content with propping up these companies that are basically arms of the state.
