The Importance of Building a Resilient Culture
In 2014 or 2015, as you may remember Brandon, all of the existing Fortune 500 were about to crash and burn because someone could use JavaScript better than them. Like especially in the bigger Gigantica, like finance companies have imploded but it had nothing to do with software. Instead let's focus on building the tools that make that culture run better instead of dramatically changing things around.
