I've always been interested in terminal materialism, I think in the Cheek Semihai classification. Having things for their own sake, I've never understood people collecting things. There are not a lot of things that I truly collect now. I collected stamps as a kid quite aggressively, but I sold my stamp collection after my freshman year of college to buy Christmas presents for my siblings. No Honestly, I've regretted it ever since.
