The Second Aspect of a Pancha, Contemplation

Hapancha is the notion, this is mine. This belongs to me - whether it's thoughts and emotions belonging to amy or external things belonging to amy. Cravings are born from a sense of i am; conceit also manifests as thoughts of i am over time. If we're not careful in our mindfulness and awareness, it just reinforces this sense of I am. Low cnconceit tan means that sense of iAm, i am this. The first showing the proliferating tendency of i m, and the second highlighting the suffering aspect and a potential for freedom when we under andit.
