Rhode Island like everywhere else in the United States and beyond has a housing problem housing crisis. The author of this article is essentially arguing that the private sector is unable to meet the current and past needs of housing due to regulatory hurdles. If we are not dealing with the underlying barriers to housing production it probably doesn't matter how much money we spent on housing right? Well you know I think here at California YMB as with most YMB groups I think we take a yes and approach to the issue.
