Is There a Suspense World?

In a suspense world, we can actually just suspend the data fetch, and then have an effect that track the analetic do. You don't want to send the user id, but you don't know the user idee until you fetch the user. So in this case, it would be like data fetching the blog post, which suspend the component, but reporting to analytics would be an effect. And you can just trust that that effect is only get a run when you have the data you need exactly pretty nie, it's really nice.
