In reality, this is a complicated conversation, especially for, i mean, a junior developer. So having the kind of fast or complete question in the back of their minds helps to ask product more questions. And at reprieves, we also started architecture hours. It's really just a half hour m every day, but all our principal engineers and team leads hop on a zoom call and pretty much wait for any and all questions that the rest of the team has.
