Bobby Kennedy was widely criticized for prosecutorial abuse in his day. He got the IRS to change its policy on rivaling through people's tax returns without any hint of suspicion other than association with Jimmy Hoffa. And when he became attorney general, he got much more aggressive. I think that there are too many prosecutors today who might look at the Bobby Kennedy legacy at Justice Department and say, "Well, I should be like that because he got things done"
