The Importance of Having a UX Designer in a Project

UX is about visualising concepts and ideas, not just wireframes. I've downloaded lots of icon sets with people and I draw these diagrams with people. And it's really important not to just have arrows but have the people in there. Because that makes people realise, oh yeah, we're actually influencing somebody. Somebody cares about the system and how it works in the end. Just adding that makes a huge difference. We will be linking to all of the three articles we've discussed today in the show notes.
