The Importance of Housing in the Face of Climate Change

The housing shortage here in terms of new production geared to this income strata is really hard to do. All new construction, but particularly if that income structure to make it pencil out given the costs. But from my perspective, I mean, some of the solutions that are really revolve around kind of cost to capital tax incentives and then really regulatory reform. It's those three areas that I think we can have the most material impact.
