How to Accelerate the Excitement in a Meeting
I've always said it's kind of lonely at the top, you know, because you don't have peers. I think where I sort of took the leap forward was building my quote unquote partnership with him as we navigate that meeting. And then I also, I observed the room a lot more to accelerate the excitement in the meeting positively or negatively. It really is hard to tell based on the personality of the room, for sure.
