Journalists were taught that there's always multiple sides to a story. But in trying so hard to find those multiple sides, he says, you end up skewing the story So what we teach now is this idea of false balance. "You can't say there's a problem when there isn't a problem" He believes citizen journalism has made it easier for journalists to get their stories right.
