A leader who can scale often ends up coming to the discipline of walking alongside eventually. Accountability has an embedded and implicit meaning of communication, whereas responsibility does not. You can be responsible for something and complete it and tell no one. If you're accountable for something, then there is some form of tracking. There's some form of communicating what happened that you were responsible for to others.
