The Role of Information Architects in Emerging Structure
There's a distinction between molding information structures and structuring them, giving them shape. And I am noticing in the world, such structure is coming into being. Many of the best innovations come from a user who sort of has an idea and tries it out. Then other people see it and copy it and it starts to spread. We should be more aware of our potential to play a role there.
