i think psychodelic experiences have helped you to become a leader. And i also think that the feminine energy needs to come into leadership, because women and men need to be fearless around bringing that in. It's just its the other side of the ineni and it means to be invited to the table. I feel more alined with my truth and myself, and i enjoy the work more and feel more relax i feel less rigid all the time.
