The After Effects of a Migraine

Migraines are a massive trigger for my bipolar and low moods. I'd completely cock up travel to go to a talk. So I ended up having to travel on my own with the after effects of a migraine being all over the place. One thing that happened this week, which had such a positive impact was at one of the talks. They found our podcast and they said that it didn't change their life. And they just wanted to come up and tell me.
