Zelensky Says He's Open to Talks With Putin but Maintains Maximist Demands

Zelensky said he's open to talks with Russia, but only under conditions that are non starters for negotiations. His conditions include Russia withdrawing from the territory it has captured in Ukraine. He also wants Russia to pay compensation for war damages and the prosecution of alleged Russian war crimes. But missing from his demands was his previous stance that Talks could only happen if Putin was no longer the president of Russia Remember he saw it.
