Is It a Winch or a Snorkll?

Cory and Ashley's truck has been on the road for over a year. The vehicle is still in good condition, but needs some work to be fully functional. There are two spots under the wind shield where water drips into the cab. One of the seats is open for either hauling people, or our thought is at some point when this thing will eventually end up over seas,. i'm sure, again, we have a space for a guide, if we ever need a guide.
