How to Deal With Negative Customer Service

Good customer service is empathetic. It's not making the problem my problem, it's friendly and it's not entitled. The quality of a product is less important than the quality, the personalization and the empathy of the service behind that product. We should view these companies as companies that have taken on risk that are providing for us in some of our worst moments.
