Espresso Tonic: A Great Afternoon Drink
Espresso Tonic is great. It's got all the elements of an iced Americano or whatever, but then it's got a little bit of sweetness and some bubbles from Tonic. I encountered it in Korea at a place called Matt's Cafe in Gangnam. People flavor them. So they had an orange peel and an orange syrup. She actually Rodriguez from Bosperista, she helped develop that recipe book. Ooh, is there a drink that deserves more shine? Could be anything. Well, my favorite cocktail is a side car.
