How to Sell More to Existing Customers
You may be thinking about adding things to your platform. I'm not talking about a whole new product, but you might be adding things so that you could potentially upsell a customer. You're basically trying to take more wallet share from your existing customers. And this truly means somebody who has already bought from you before. Is that fair? Exactly. So that's number two. What's number three? You can also add features to your product in order to steal customers from a competitor.
