The Differential Between Breast Mass and Lymph Node
Kiara: This is not a common complaint we see in the internal medicine world. Scott: She's no longer breastfeeding, so mastitis and those kinds of things would be higher differential if she was. Kiara: Her travel history coming from East Africa four years ago puts her in the category of being susceptible to TB. I still think malignancy has to be high up there.Scott: Next thing that we want to do is definitely get a good exam.
