State Chains - What Are They?
The idea of state chains was invented by reuben somson. It takes a u t, a bit of private key, which has essentially ownership of u t x o. A lot of reuben's paper was designed around a two where we basicly used m pc. But for us, it's non custodial because er, there isa er risk that the state chain entity could work with a previous owner. We've built kind of like an open source h s m, which proves that the previous key has been deleted.
