How Much Do We Know About Durability?

There isn't a huge amont of data on this point. From a training perspective, and this is just in my experience, i think it does seem that you need to do very long duration training in order to develop those, those durability characteristics. If you're never going beyond an hour or two in your training sessions, it's unlikely that you're going to respond e well in that third, fourth or fifth hour of exercise. So if you're better able to maintain carbohydrate availability to fuel em your exercise, it's likely, e, that those durability characteristics will be improved. S, i think that's something that em athletes can pay attentionto. But again, an not sure.
