The audience response tone tool helps you think about that big strategic piece. We encourage people to think as in depth as they possibly can about one reader. People who really care are more motivated readers. So if you don't spoon feed it to them, they'll just delete it, not read it. And so yeah, I do see that a lot in terms like the lazy business writing is like, that's not really an answer, but it's tangential to answer.
