The Trauma Lens in Mental Health Organizations

Trauma informed principles and the trauma lens needs to be applied throughout the whole system. We want to kind of implement a sense of community of care or systems of care, being able to allow space and benefits and mutuality. Another one would be peer support and mutual self help. And also not having people work in isolation.
