The Power of Control
The idea of control gets muddled with safety right and also I think you know you talk about the difference between which I think is so powerful the difference between taking control and taking care. When your kids are little this idea of them is sovereign beings that even though it's in our cultural paradigm and kind of insidiously taught to control your kid. We're just trying to be these grown-ups in tuxedos but we're just toddlers inside so we need to own that and heal that. That's what creates or distributes uncreathes emotional connection yeah.
