The Importance of Why Coaching Is Important
The idea of nested decision-making was that you would look at and again this was death data driven by the coach should we work with. It's almost like i'm trying to look into the future because all all judgments are made as i was saying before before the actual outcome of the judgment occurs. Everything is based on what we think might happen in the future and then you take that year and start to go what does this look like for the next few weeks so what you what we were finally was that good coaches who are making a decision in a moment could nest that back into what's your overall strategy we're working towards.
