Women Speakers at Meet Ups and Conferences

The reason there aren't more women and on binery people speaking at conferences or meet ups is not because we are incapable of it, right or alike. There's a lack of access to resources that help people prepare and help people gain the confidence that they need to put themselves out there. Tlik your a talk.
