I have this kind of epic database called licensing sales process. It has 10 cards in it and I view it as a list. This allows you to then within a card for a potential client. We create all our proposals in Canva now. You can link to the Canva proposal in a URL field. And then I have a whole template that populates on the bottom of the card That has things like new lead checklist record of our communications just so that we can reference when did they reach out what did they say what do we respond.
