The Regeneration Bug?

Coon: I wanted to really sort of deconstruct the industrial food complex as we knew it. And so actually my straight path there coon was that when i left alliance bernstein, i bought a independent grocery chain and reopened it. We opened up the back of the store and let anybody who had the provenance and was doing the right things on their farm. So for me, the sort of epiphany of regeneration was thinking about how the inner conectivity of our food supply,. of our planetary and human health really all focus around this medium called soil.
