How Did You Get to Meet Your Employees?
The previous owner was great to work with. He let us spend time with the employees before the sale close. So they knew what was happening. They saw it as a benefit to their work environment because one of the things that we talked about coming in was to implement technology. Their processes were really ancient. And so they were excited about somebody coming in with fresh eyes to bring some innovation and some technology to help streamline their jobs.
