Freedom of Religion Issues Are Not About When a Life Begins

CNN's John Sutter talks with Robin Dorkin, who is challenging a ruling on same-sex marriage. He says conservative judges in the case are trying to do more what lawyers say they should be doing. They're supposed to have a theory of how the law fits together, and think big, he says. But that doesn't mean you can't afford to live where you want; it just means there must be practical issues worked out.
