The Benefits of Anger
Anger is the emotion that appears when we feel as if the goals that we care about are being obstructed by somebody else or something else. If you're waiting patiently in a parking lot for parking spot and someone grabs it right before you even though you've been sitting there for two minutes you're angry now this is not an emotion to hide this is an emotion of of it's telling you something important. How do you effectively display this in a healthy way to get the best possible outcome so just a couple of things one is um we talked about this in the book which is the idea of having a caveat before you express your anger.
